Junior Fair:	$5.00
Open Class:	$8.00

Entry Forms

Mailed entries are encouraged. If mailing entries, exhibitor tags can be picked up in the Entry Department Office during regular office hours, after June 18 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tags will not be mailed out if not accompanied by a self-addresses, stamped envelope with adequate postage.

Entry blanks will be found in the Premium Book, or downloaded from the links below. The forms are in PDF format and require adobe's free Acrobat Reader to view and print. The reader is available from Adobe's website.

Entry blanks should be turned in to the Fair Office at the Fairgrounds no later than June 10th, 208, or mailed to P.O. Box 48, Chippewa Falls WI 54729. Do not attach the entry forms to the projects or put in with the art work as they could become lost!

Please be sure to label the back of all entriess with the Exhibitor's name and school to ensure that they will be returned to the correct school.

The Northern Wisconsin State Fair Assn. will not be responsible for any lost, broken or torn art work.

All entries will be ready for pick-up between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on Tuesday, July 15th, 2008, at the School Art Exhibit Building. Please see that they are picked up as there is not always someone on the grounds after that date. Premium checks will be ready and available at the time in the Entry Department for the adults to pick up. Please be sure to pick them up for your school.

If you have any questions or need additional materials, please call the Fair Office at 715-723-2861. The Fair Office is located at the Rose Building on Park Avenue until the end of May, and then we move to the Fairgrounds for those who want to turn in entry forms early.
