Northern Wisconsin State Fair Winter Storage
Winter Storage Policy 2011-2012
The Northern Wisconsin State Fairgrounds (NWSF) is a non-profit organization and we have numerous buildings available for your winter storage needs. All buildings are locked and the Fairgrounds entrances are locked to vehicle traffic for added security of your property through the winter months. We offer reasonable storage rates and charge by the listed boat/camper length (we do not add the hitch length).
Our storage in dates for 2011 are Saturday, October 15 and 22 from 8:00am to 3:00 pm. Our storage removal dates will be March 31 and April 14, 2012 from 8:00am to 3:00pm. We prefer that you try to meet these dates to aid our staffing needs.
Keep in mind that if you store your property early you will get the best location and you will be the last to remove your property. If you store your property late in the season you will be required to remove your property first. All stored property at NWSF must be paid for in advance or when you bring your property to the Fairgrounds. Cash or Checks are accepted. Reserve and/or late storage is available only through pre-payment of storage fees.
No access to property will be allowed between in dates and removal dates. Do not use padlocks on hitches. A late removal fee of $25.00 will be assessed and NWSF reserves the right to move any stored property to an outdoor location on the fairgrounds and lessee consents to the moving and such change in the storage location if not removed by April 14, 2012. If special arrangements are desired, contact the NWSF office at 715-723-2861 prior to storing property at the Fairgrounds.
Our buildings do have height restrictions so please know your height limitations. We do our best to meet your needs.
